Itinerary WYGF11
WYGF11 will run from 23-26 August 2011, at Dean Close School, Cheltenham
To help with planning your travel arrangements the outline itinerary is as follows:
Tuesday 23 August
- 13.00 Registration. Students can arrive any time during this period. Please advise us in advance if you are unable to arrive during this time slot.
- 15.00 Festival welcome meeting
- 19.30 WYGF International Concert Series
Friday 26 August
- 13.30 WYGF Student Concert (free admission and open to family & friends)
- 17.00 Departure. If traveling by train please note that we do not advise planning a departure before 17.30
For those students planning to arrive by train there will be a shuttle service available to take you from the station to Dean Close School. If you would like to use this service please let us know in advance, and it would be very helpful if you could also give an estimated time of arrival.
Full daily timetables will be provided for each student in their welcome pack at registration.
