The Small Print...
  • Please note we require a passport-sized photograph of all course
    participants before arrival at the Festival. This can either be sent
    by post (address at bottom of page) or email to info@wygf.org
  • A £35 non-returnable deposit per playing member and each
    accompanying adult is required by February 28th 2007 to secure
    a place. Outstanding balance to be paid by 4th June 2007
  • By ticking the box below I give my permission as the applicant (or as
    the parent/guardian of the applicant) for WYGF and The Arts Circus
    to hold these details on a database for their exclusive use. 
    These details will not be passed on to any third parties and will be
    held in the strictest confidence.
