  29. IMPORTANT - WYGF CONDITIONS
  30. * Please note we require a PASSPORT SIZED PHOTO of EACH ENSEMBLE MEMBER and accompanying ADULT at TIME OF BOOKING. We prefer to receive these by email as JPEG attachments, but will also accept photos sent by post to WYGF office.
  31. * A £40 non-returnable deposit per student and each accompanying adult is required TO SECURE YOUR PLACE. Bookings can not be guaranteed until deposits are received. Outstanding balances are to be paid by 1st June 2011. All bookings made after this date must be paid in full. All cheques to be made payable to THE ARTS CIRCUS and sent to WYGF Office.
  32. Our cancellation policy is as follows: less than 1 months notice = 0% refundable. Less than 2 months notice = 10% refundable. Less than 3 months notice = 30% refundable. Less than 4 months notice = 40% refundable. Cancellations with more than 4 months notice receive a complete refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  33. * By ticking the box below I give permission as the applicant for WYGF and The Arts Circus to hold these details on a database for their exclusive use. These details will not be passed on to any third parties and will be held in the strictest confidence.
  34. * IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GROUP LEADER TO ENSURE SUITABILITY OF ALL PARENT HELPERS AND ARRANGE CRB CHECKS IF NECESSARY.
  35. * GROUP LEADERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOUR OF ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR GROUP
